Shine Production Show in Tauranga...our bit in the community

At kadods we believe in getting involved in the community, so kadods were one of the sponsors for the SHINE production. It was a great show, children and adults of all ages performed and all I can say is - It was a SHOW.
Some got to try our Bhuja Mix - which were in their VIP goodie bags. What a neat idea, an alternate guilt free snack.
So if you are looking for Goodiebag or lootbag ideas, try the kadods multipack.

My daughter had her Birthday party and the multipacks was definitely most popular. Movies and snacking early hours of the morning on Bhuja!!! No complaints there. Its 100% natural with lots of protein, you cant go wrong there.

Product Demo at farro fresh

Love this shop reminds me of The Gourmet Trader in Tauranga.
Rustic look – totally awesome.
I stood there just trenched in the aroma of freshly ground coffee beans and freshly brewed espressos, and surrounded by bhuja mix in tiny cups…..
I don’t take coffee anymore so it was a torture.

A fantastic morning though with and positive feedback on product….Yey
So Check out kadods bhuja mix at this store.

Protein Packed Fritters

June Blog

Egg n Bhuja Fritter

Since I have become a vegetarian, I sometimes have this craving for the taste of the food I once loved to eat.
One that came to mind the other day was ‘white bait fritters’ (don’t know why!I cant really say I loved white bait but I suppose it was the noodles in the bhuja mix!!that made me think of it.)
So I set myself in the kitchen and came up with two awesome scrumptious recipe.
Totally! Divine!

Gluten free option

1 egg
pinch of salt
pinch of chilli flakes (optional)
approx 25g kadods Bhuja Mix – gluten free
1 tsp butter

One Awesome Winter Remedy!!

Chai Latte Recipe

There is no authoritative recipe for chai tea. Actually, the word "chai" translates simply as "tea’. However, what most people mean when they reference chai tea is a mixture of black tea and aromatic spices as masala chai.(cardomon powder, cinnamon powder, ground nutmeg)

You will achieve a more authentic flavour if you make it
yourself.
All you need is some water, black tea, milk and a few of your
favorite spices.

This is one of my favourites with a pack of kadods Original Bhuja Mix.
½ cup water
½ cup milk
1tsp loose tea leaves (plain black tea)

'Healthy snacks foster social environment'

The recipe for making traditional Indian Bhuja Mix has remained a closely guarded secret of the family of Pradip and Harshila Mistry for almost a Century. Mastering the art of making authentic Indian snacks and sweets in his native Kadod on the banks of River Tapi in Gujarat, Pradip’s grandfather left India initially for South Africa and landed in Fiji in the 1920s.
